Marjorie Mayfield is the Director of Human Resources for the Decatur County Board of Commissioners. She was hired in June 2007. Ms. Mayfield is a Certified Professional in Human Resources with over 15 years of Human Resources/Management/Supervisory experience. She is currently serving as Chairman of the Southwest GA Employer Committee,  Co-Chair of the Georgia Certified Work Ready Community Program and is a member of the Board of Directors of the United Way of Bainbridge.

Employment Applications are taken at the County Administration Building at 203 W. Broughton St between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday-Friday.
